The blower resistor is the most likely reason.. for that truck you may also find that its melted and will require the pigtail for the resistor as well

Very common. The blower motor resistor is burned out. The part is about $25 and you can replace it yourself 3 zone will cost 75 bucks and is behind the glove compartment..2 screws and 2 wire disconnects and your done.

Everything you listed is powered on only when the ignition is on. Check the ignition fuses in the dash and under the hood. May also be an ignition switch failure. :)

Blower fan only works on high. Dodge Ram pickup 2001. I would guess its the blower switch. If it is, where is it so I may fix it?

I agree it is most likely the blower switch. It is attached to the knob you turn to select the speed :) Best of luck!

Hi, sounds like your blower motor resistor needs to be replaced. If not the resistor, check the blower motor.
