Intermittent antifreeze leak

i dont believe, it,
get it hot, then coolant reaches, 12-14psi, and if there
is a leak, look, take your time, its there.
below engine or below cab heater core. (passengers feet wet?)
you said leak ,that implies to out side the engine.

all engines bad can leak inside, so can the A/T cooler fail
and send AF coolant to the A/T pan.

if you really mean the rad juice keeps dropping say that
that be a totally different answer.

My 2003 toyota sequoia temp goes up when outside temp is very hot.Mya.c will shut off then kick back on and repeat. After about 4 min the temp gauge goes up and heater kicks on .What could be causing this?

if both fans are working normally... you need to check radiators (both engine and A/C: start with the big one.. could be dirty blocking flow of coolant!)
good luck

How to replace a rear door handle on a 2003 Toyota Sequoia

This is a very common problem with the Sequoias (along with broken inside door openers).

Go to www.tundrasolutions.com and find the Sequoia section. There are numerous threads about the steps needed to replace this handle. Some go into great detail about the steps needed and offer fixes to keep it from happening again.

This design obviously has flaws, and Toyota should have acted to fix these flaws much sooner.

Just bought 2003 Toyota Sequoia and find that the brakes are very spongy feeling. Traveling at 45, I pushed on the brakes with about 80% of my strength and still couldn't feel them bite. Two different...

Hi. To answer your question, No. The Sequoia has great braking ability, assuming that the brakes have been maintained. Most likely, your rear brake shoes may not be adjusted properly, and that means that the rear brakes are not doing their share of the work. Try this: Put the park brake on, and then drop the trans into drive, and give it a bit of gas. If the vehicle moves at all, the rear brakes need adjusting. This is a very common problem.

2003 rear door latch broken how do I get the panel open

if the door is shut, it is a real doozy but i have done it. you have to pry the inner panel off the door using hook tools and small, crowbar shaped tack pullers....kinda like a mini wonder bar. once the panel is off, you have to fish around inside the door and pull the cable on the latch by hand.
