My right headlight is much brighter than my left someone said I have it on full beam but been told it may just need an adjustment how do I do this?

if it is a h4 headlight it could be that the wires are mixed up, it could be that while on high beam they are fine but when on low beam that the low beam part of the bulb has blown and tour left headlight is just being lit by a sidelight bulb, best off just to get two new headlight bulbs fitted first as it could just be a blown bulb and the cheapest fix is the best!

Replace bulb headlight

Most of the headlights do not unbolt to change bulbs. If it's a blown bulb you're trying to replace, look on the back side of the headlight housing. There should be a plug with wires attached going into the back. This plug should twist either to the right, left or up or down. Once you've twisted this plug out of the headlight housing you'll see the bulb you need to replace. Unplug the wire harness from the blown bulb and place it into the new bulb, being careful not to touch the new bulb with your bare hands as any oil or other contamination will cause these bulbs to blow as soon as they are turned on. Place the new bulb with harness back into the socket in headlight housing and twist into position.

Is there a headlight wiring loom for a chrysler voyager, or do I have to replace the entire headlight unit

Loom? The 1990 Models were mixed. Before that the whole head light was replaced. In the 2000 year models you need to locate the collar on the back of the head light, turn it counter clockwise and remove the bulb from the headlight assembly. Unplug bulb and replace then reverse the process to install. If you use the little machine that Walmart usually keep near the replacement bulbs in the Automotive section you can get verification of what type you have if your not sure. You will need to know the Year and model of your vehicle.

How do i replace the sidelight bulbs on my 1999 audi a4? do i need to take the whole headlight unit off or is there a simpler way? I can get to the wires that conect to the sidelight bulb but my fingers...

You don't need to remove the whole headlight but instead the side light bulb is normally clipped to the headlight. Some are held by a small cover which you either need to rotate it or unclipped it out.Hope this helps.

Headlight bulb replace

^ wat is up with that being the answer? open your hood. look in there you will see the side of the headlight brackets. you will see a lever. you have to push that lever up which will release the headlight. then you pull the whole unit out from the front.Unplug the electrical connector. the remove the screw that holds the black cap on the back replace your h1 light bulb. also clean the inside where the headlight goes( hole in the car) it will make it easier to slide the unit back in. install in reverse order! FYI getting it back in s the hardest part! make sure you are aligning the rails! dont give up!

How do i get to the blinker bulb on the 97 olds 88ls in the fron?

To change the blinker or headlight bulb on an 1997 Oldsmobile 88: Open the hood, remove the plastic cover thing so that you can see the housing for the light. On the back side of the housing there are three clips, remove those (I was able to remove them with just my fingers). Once the clips are removed the whole headlight slides out the front of the car. Now you can easily replace any of the blown bulbs.

Signal bulb on 2003 buick regal

To change front turn signal –
open the hood; look in back of headlight; two white clips; pull straight up, and then whole headlight comes out including turn signal; it is all one unit; remove rubber cover, then you take bulb out of unit. Mechanism that bulb fits in will need to be turned clockwise (looking from the front) and pulled to get it out of the larger unit holding all lights. Be sure and put rubber cover back on before re-inserting the two white clips.

Blown headlight

There are 3 or 4 bolts on the headlight housing that you have to remove first. Then pull the whole light assembly out from the front of the vehicle. You can then access the lights from the back of the housing assembly and replace the bulbs.
I was told by my local KIA dealer that if you buy the bulbs from them, they will replace them free of charge if they burn out. SLIM CHANCE being that KIA doesnt warranty anything, but that is what I was told. I have replaced the headlight bulbs atleast 6 times in 2 years.
