Battery ok, so the last few days there have been a few times i have gone to start my 2001 lincoln LS and it seems to not have enough juice to start, as if the battery is dead, and when that happens the alarm goes of and of course that car does not start. A quick jump start gets her going and then it seems to be fine for a few starts, its pretty much randum. after checking the battery, it seems to have a full charge. maybe something is pulling juice that i don't know about. i havechecked everything.

You need a logical approach to troubleshooting. Do you have spark to the plugs? Do you have correct fuel pressure? When was the last time it started correctly, and what have you changed since then?

Do you have a dead battery ?

locate your starter motor.There you will find a thick single core cable (usually bolted onto solenoid).Get a fully charged battery and jumper leads.Connect negative lead to ground(any unpainted metal surface on chasis) or engine.Connect the positive clip to the stud described earlier.If you connect the other ends to the booster battery you should get enough power to open the trunk and then jump start the dead battery normally.If there seems to be no power in the circuits use the battery of a car with its engine running as a booster instead of a standalone battery.

sounds like you have the wrong charger for your cell

Check the alternator. We had the same problem and the alt. had pulled the battery down to nothing. Replaced alt. and recharged battery and problem disappeared.Not enough electric to power computer.

My father inlaw just purchased a 2001 lincoln, with a six disc changer, Question is he loaded the unit ,and now he wants to eject the cd's and the changer won't open? any suggestions thanks

sounds like alarm isnt ground properly..
