Dear Hyundai rep i had small accident ( Dog hit the front ) at speed of 65 kms per hour , so the radiator got damaged and so called hapt line who gave solution and the crane came to pick the car , help...


Don't go to Garve Hyndai even for servicing..they are very famous for false promise and cheating customers.They are highly unprofessional and typical villagers.

Blower motor repair


Section 12-02A: Heating and Defrosting, Ranger, Explorer 1995 Aerostar/Ranger/Explorer Workshop Manual REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Blower Motor and Blower Motor Wheel Assembly Removal and Installation
  1. Remove the windshield washer bottle.
  1. Position the speed control servo out of the way (if so equipped), refer to Section 10-03A.
  1. Disconnect the wire harness connector from blower motor by pushing down on the connector tabs and pulling the connector off the blower motor .

  1. Disconnect the blower motor housing tube (19A786) at the blower motor .
  1. Remove three screws attaching the blower motor to the A/C blower housing (19930) .
  1. Holding blower motor housing tube aside, pull the blower motor from the heater plenum chamber case (18A484) and remove it from the vehicle.
  1. Remove the blower wheel hub pushnut and, if applicable, the clamp from the shaft. Then, pull the blower motor wheel (18504) from the shaft. For installation, follow removal steps in reverse order. Check system for proper operation. NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.

  1. Disconnect electrical connectors from generator (GEN) (10346).
  1. Remove drive belt (8620).
  1. Remove generator retaining bolts (3).

Installation
  1. Install generator.
  1. Install generator retaining bolts (3). Tighten bolts to 21-29 Nm (16-21 lb-ft).
  1. Install drive belt.

Dead battery .9a with pos. term. disconnected unplug radio fuse drops to .4a also unplug batt main fuse drops to .02a


FIRST CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR BATTERY CAN ATTAIN & SUSTAIN A FULL CHARGE FOR 24 HRS, IF NOT REPLACE BATTERY. IF OK, DISCONNECT POS TERMINAL, HOOK UP VOLT METER SEE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 8 VOLT DRAW IN THE SYSTEM, IF SO START PULLING FUSES TO LOCATE EXSESSIVE DRAW ON BATTERY.
