gearchange is very stiff and difficult to find gears on 2005 saab 93 diesel 150 ps

A few things can cause your symptoms. Check the slave cylinder, see if the res. is full, any leaks, or if the pedal changes if you pump it. If it checks out then you may need a new pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, and/or clutch assembly.

Does the car grind when putting it into reverse?
If so, bleed or adjust the clutch. If no reverse grind, at least check the oil in the gearbox, check external linkage as far as you can. Then you willl be int he gearbox, but I do not think so
