Try to check your manual and look for the relay location of the headlight it is usually located on the engine bay with the fuses try to tap it hard with your finger aand try ti if it work or not try to replace it with a new one. But before doing this check your fuse first.

Not a fuse problem , same fuse power's low an high beams . Looking at wiring diagrams an using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter to test the electrical circuit's is the way to find the problem . The light's staying on for 3 or 4 min's. is a function of the BCM - body control module ! Do you know anything about automotive electrical testing ? The headlamps may be turned on two different ways. First, when the driver places the headlamp switch in the HEADLAMP position, for normal operation. Second, with the headlamp switch placed in the OFF position, for automatic lamp control (ALC). During ALC, the headlamps will be in day time running lamp (DRL) operation in daylight conditions, or low beam operation in low light conditions. The LH HDLPand RH HDLP fuses, supply battery positive voltage from the underhood junction block to the left and right headlamps. The circuit continues through both low and high beam lamps, then back to the underhood junction block. The low beam and high beam circuits continue to the headlamp switch. The low beam and high beam circuits also provide the body control module (BCM) with both low and high beam inputs. The headlamp switch includes the dimmer switch and the flash-to-pass switch. When the headlamp switch is placed in the HEADLAMP position a path to ground is provided. Ground is provided at G201. Depending on the position of the high/low beam switch, either the low or high beam circuit will now have power and ground.
The LH HDLP fuse in the underhood junction block, supplies battery positive voltage to the automatic lamp control (ALC) headlamp relay coil circuit. The ALC relay switch circuit is connected to the low beam circuit at the headlamp switch. When the headlamp switch is placed in the OFF position, the BCM will automatically turn on the low beams in low light conditions. The BCM energizes the ALC relay, closing the switch contacts and grounding the low beam circuit. Ground is provided at G201. With the headlights in the low beam position, the high beams may be momentarily turned on or flashed with the dimmer switch handle. The flash-to-pass feature is accomplished by pulling the dimmer switch handle toward the driver. The headlights may be switched to high beam with the opposite movement of the dimmer switch lever. When the headlamp dimmer switch handle is pulled toward the driver, the flash-to-pass switch closes grounding the high beam circuit. Ground is provided at G201. Both high beams will remain on until the driver releases the switch handle.
If the driver places the headlight switch in the HEADLAMP position , the headlights will remain on until turned off or the battery runs dead.

Place the headlamp switch in the HEADLAMP position.
Place the headlamp dimmer switch in the LOW position.
Do the low beam headlamps illuminate?
YES - Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems
NO - Go to Step 3
Disconnect the turn/headlamp wiper switch assembly connector C2.
Connect a 15 amp fused jumper between the headlamp low beam signal circuit and a good ground.
Do the low beam headlamps illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 4
NO - Go to Step 5
Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the turn/headlamp wiper switch assembly. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.
Did you find and correct the condition?
YES - Go to Step 7
NO - Go to Step 6
Repair an open or high resistance in the headlamp low beam signal circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
YES - Did you complete the repair?
NO - Go to Step 7
Replace the turn/headlamp wiper switch assembly. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column.
Did you complete the replacement?
Go to Step 7
Operate the system in order to verify the repair.
Did you correct the condition?
YES - System OK
NO - Go to Step 3
Both your low beam and your high beam is protected by the same fuse, so it makes sense that the fuse is OK if the high beam is working on the passenger side. There are 3 fuses for the headlamps. Fuse #13 in the Battery Junction Box (20 Amp). If this fuse is blown, the headlamp relay will not have any power and neither high nor low beam on either side will work (you will have no headlamps at all) Then there is Fuses #2 and #3 (15 Amp) in the Battery Junction Box. #2 goes to the left low and high beam and #3 goes to the right low and high beam.
The headlamp switch uses a SINGLE CIRCUIT to control BOTH sides at the same time, so if one side works, the switch cannot be the problem. The headlamp relay provides power for fuses #2 and #3 and we alreadyascertained that these fuses must have power since we have working lights on both sides, so the relay cannot be the problem. A replacement bulb has already been tried, so that pretty much leaves us with a bad lamp socket. (Most likely cause) or a bad connection at splice #S122, which is located in the main wiring harness near the breakout for the left headlamp. (RED/BLACK wire)
Is this both the high beams and low beams that do not work ?
If you checked all 3 fuses with a meter ( with the headlamp in Low position for both low beam fuses or in high for the high beam fuse ), the next items to test are the MFS ( MultiFunction Switch ) and the main headlamp switch ( test not look at it ).
I doubt that the obc is the source of the problem. More than likely, it's the relays. They're not easy to remove, until you remove the ashtray housing, which is 4 fixings in total, if I recall correctly. Good luck.
Daytime Running Lamps
The daytime running lamp (DRL) system is designed to turn the high beam headlamps on, with a reduced light output, and without illuminating the high beam indicator lamp in the instrument panel. You have a DRL Module.
The multifunction switch is the stalk on your column.
This is 96 F150 circuit. Don't have 94.

The low beam headlamps have a seperate fuse for each lamp in the central or underdash fuse panel.
The right headlamp is fuse fuse 26 (10amp) and the left is fuse 28 (10 amp). These fuse are hot only when headlamps are on so you need to test them with a test light with headlamps on. If they do not have power to them then concern is either headlamp switch or daytime running lamp relay if your vehicle is equipped with this feature, or a bad multifunction switch.
Power leaves the headlamp switch on the RD/YE wire and goes to multifunction switch. It leaves multifunction switch on the other RD/YE wire The wire will then go thru either a connector c2003 located behind the passenger side air bag behind the dash or to the DRL relay if your vehicle has this feature and leaves there on RD/BK wire to the headlights .
do your flash to pass lamps light when you pull the stalk towards you? If yes, the bulbs are ok.
Do the hig beams work?
Your headlamps have sepaerate fuses for each headlamp and you have a low beam relay and a high beam relay under the hood in the black box.
If everything is out, I suspect a bad headlamp switch.

PS, You did not recently instal high current bulbs did you? If yes, put originals back in.
The voltage is supplied to the lamp switch through a fuse. This fuse is located in the central junction box in the left-hand footwell.
When the headlamps are switched on, a voltage is supplied to the high beam/low beam switch and to the low beam relay. The relay for the low beam is located in the battery junction box (BJB) in the engine compartment.
If the high beam/low beam switch is set to "low beam", then a voltage is supplied through the low beam relay to the low beam part of the headlamp assembly. The left and right-hand low beams are fused separately. The fuses are located in the battery junction box (BJB) in the engine compartment.
If the high beam/low beam switch is set to "high beam", then a voltage is supplied through the high beam relay to the high beam part of the headlamp assembly. The left and right-hand high beams are fused separately. The fuses are located in the battery junction box (BJB) in the engine compartment.
in this case make sure you have voltage going to the low beam lights. 12 volts. you need a volt meter. if you do not have volatge you have to check and make sure power is going through the fuse. a bad fuse will be broke, but you can have a good fuse with no power going through it. if you have power going through the fuse you have a wiring open somewhere between fuse and whatever is between the headlight connecter.

The headlamp bulbs in these vehicles have 2 filaments- one for high beam and one for low beam.
Remove the bulb- being careful not to touch the glass part (oils from your skin can get on the glass and can actually cause hot spots and shorten the life of the bulb). You can see there are 3 wires in the connector. One will be ground. Using a test light, hook the clip to the poistive battery terminal and touch the pointed end to the metal contacts for each wire in the connector. One should complete the circuit and light the test light- ground is ok then. Now put the clip of your test light on the negative battery terminal. Turn the headlight switch on- high beam. Touch the point of test light to the terminals again and one should light- that's ok. Now make sure that the last wire completes a circuit when the headlamps are on low beam. If this checks out, look at the bulb and see if one of the filaments is broken. If your electrical checks aren't ok, check fuses- these are most likely ok, leading to a headlamp switch.
