i have a 05 ford f150 supercrew my power adjustable pedals didnt work my mirrors didnt work n the driver seat didnt work i found the problem i had a broken wire coming out of the #3 fuse block it it was orange with a green stripe it has some heat shrink on it i cut the heat shrink tape and the wire was badly corroded i replace the splice with 18 gauge wire and and everything came back on good as new

I am the Ford expert on adjustable pedals. I believe your motor is mounted on the brake pedal support with a short shaft (exposed) that goes into the adjuster gear. Then, a long cable goes from the motor to the accel pedal. You can pull the cable out of the accel pedal and see if the brake pedal will now move back and forth. If the brake pedal moves freely, it is likely you have a broken gear in the accel pedal drive gear. It is nylon.
