SOURCE: I have a 2007 ford

No its not just a ford problem. I just had this same problem with my lights on a 99 chevy suburban. Turned out to be a little relay switch located under the dash to the left of the steering column. The repair was about $20.00 but it works well now. You can also go to a website called Auto Forum and post questions regarding auto problems that's what I did first. The Gm dealer was useless for getting any information. Good Luck

What causes the front brakes to pulsate on a ford f-350 super duty

just because the rotors are new dosen't mean they come out of the box 100%,you might have one that is running out, causing the pulse, most pften it is recommended to have them turned on a brake lathe prior installation (saves you the trouble of doing the job twice)

My 2001 ford f350 super duty wont lock up even if i stand on the brake pedal, whats the possible problems??

I would think the anti-lock brake system would prevent you from being able to lock up the brakes.
If the truck is hard to stop, there could be a glazing on the pads and rotors.

How do you hold brake pads in the caliper to get it over the rotor?

If the pads go in to the caliper there are clips on the pads. The inside pad clip fits inside the piston and the outside pad sort of clamps on the caliper. BUT, I just changed pads on an explorer, which is smaller and the pads fit inside the groves on the caliper bracket.

I have 2008 F350 Super Duty Crew Cab. Started getting "check brake system" error msg on control panel. Brakes went clear to the floor 3 times in wet weather, but still stopped me. Dealer claims...

check brake system alerts you to check them --low fluid ,low pedal ,the brake trouble light would be for blown line no pedal type and that would code --as to price for whats being done is normal

If so, then you will need to take door cover off and lube up the connectors as they probably got corroded.
