Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: location of OBD-ll on 2011 Lexus is250

US law dictates that the ODB port be located within easy reach of the driver. It is most likely just under the dash at the very end of the dash board. There will not be any panel or cover for this port. It will be easily found if you look under the dash.

Which fuse number is it for the power auxiliary plug ( aka lighter ) in a 2011 ford fusion

The fuses for the power points (as they are labeled in the manual) are located in the power distribution box under the hood, fuses 22 and 29 (20A each). See the attached pic (I highlighted the fuse locations).

Windshield washer clogged on 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid

Have you tried pole a piece of wire like off a wire brush into the hole? I know it sounds silly, but most times what clogs the outlets is wax when you wax the car.

There is no power to the diagnostic port. What can I look for as a possible solution?

When Car sold to you, if by a dealer they should have not sold it with the fault. If sold Private then not much you can do at moment. The Garage/Workshop who did your oil change should have told you that problem can be fixed. Might be a simple problem as a blown fuse. Hope this helps
