SOURCE: Door will not slide automatically; emits loud beeping noise

Something similar to that was happening with our Odyssey...the beeping when you are driving whether it's ongoing or intermittent is the "safety alarm" letting you know the door is not closed. The power lock is not engaging. What I do when I get the beeping while driving is hit the Door Close button. It causes the door to attempt to engage again. To fix it...we first cleaned out the space below the side running board (kids were hiding crayons and things in there), then looked for any obstructions along the top and bottom tracks. I sprayed a lubricant along the tracks (I'd suggest the dry lube kind...I used WD40 the 1st time and had streaks of it dripping down after driving), use a lube that has a long straw to spray in small places...and spray up into the track that runs the length of the middle of the car. Manually open and shut it a few times to get the tracks lubed, then try it out.
If you press the open OR close button by remote or in the car and get nothing...no movement/no noises/no beeping...then it could be the electrical circuit itself, the signal itself may be impeded...or the motor shot. Have you tried any of these suggestions before?

SOURCE: Central locking opens and then shuts again within a second

I think central locking is a system so if it doesnt work try seeing if it can be replaced, or completely taken out and revert to manual unlocking.

How to replace a door handle on a 2006 hyundai sonata, i either broke the handle and need to replace it or I am trying to figure out how to fix the drivers side handle

Step1: First, unscrew the 7 screws holding on the door panel
Step2: Next you carefully pry off the tweeter cover that is where the mirror is.Lift the panel up and off of the door . Undo all of the wiring connections except for the window controller.
Step3: Open the 2 black rubber view ports (Circled in Yellow) and roll the window up or down until you see the 10mm bolts that hold the window in place.
Step4: Loosen, but don’t remove these bolts. Slide the window up, and tape it up, or remove the window and set aside. Next, unplug the door lock plug and move the door panel out of the way.Unscrew the gold 10mm bolts that hold on the metal inner door panel . Also remove the Phillips screw that holds the inner door handle on
Step5: Unscrew the small bolt that holds on the lock cylinder that is behind the quarter-sized black cap on the side of the door. Be careful with that little bolt or it will fall into never land .Pull the lock cylinder out and set aside.
Step6: Now grasp the door handle, and with your free hand smack your hand holding the handle towards the back of the car. This will release the door handle.Under the door handle is a Phillips screw. Loosen this screw a few turns but don’t remove.
Step7: Now undo the 3 black star shaped screws on the door lock. You can now wiggle the inside of the door handle until it comes free. See the tabs that hold it onto the door . When you go to put it back on be sure the tabs get back in the right place.Pull the whole inner door panel and lock mechanism free by wiggling it out of where it sits.
Step8: Now you can undo the 3 cables; 1 from the outer door handle yellow mechanism, 1 from the inner door handle mechanism, and 1 from the inner door lock lever.Put on the new lock and put it all back together. Be sure to test it as you go. I had to turn the lock cable to the inner door lock lever 180 degrees because it was not unlocking properly when I put it back together the first time.
A couple of other notes, there are 2 pieces of plastic that are for the robots to use when putting the door together for the first time. one is a 3 pronged white plastic thing riveted to the inside of the metal door panel. The other is a white plastic thing covering the lock mechanism. You can cut off the fingers and throw the plastic cover away they are both useless and in the way. When you put it all back together, just go in the opposite order of disassembly. It is a little tricky to get the yellow plastic outer door handle holder into place. Be sure that the little tabs grab the metal of the door or things will not fit together properly.Be sure to test the power window after you put the window back in place. Do not overtighten the bolts on the window, it is glass…..

How do I replace the headlight bulb in my 1999 Mirqage?

have changed it yesterday. It is simple but it is hard, beleve me. I am mechanically inclined person but it took one hour to put it together it is very hard to take out and to place it in to alin with the locks to get it properly locked on both sides. bifore you try to do anything spray WD40 aroud the handle which you could see at the back side of the headlight inside the hood. spray alot, because it should lubricate all the way to the bottom of the lock slider. Then next to the lever you can see small rectangle area with little xxxx kind of. that is the lock for the lever. try to move the lever you could see the xxxx part will also move. now use one finger to push the lock xxxx part and try to move the lever towards outwards. don't force gently back and forth, little by little. onece you reach the full open you will see the light is already come out little. this time use one hand to push slowley shake little move twist push and use the other hand in front to hold it take your time. will take some time. undo the wire connection then take the metal clip off and pull the bulb and replace with the new one when puting in there are three grooves try to alin all three and push it slowly and try to lock. it took me 20 attempts to get both locks on at one time. before you install the head light move the lock and see how it works and add wd40 along the tracks to work better. and use your comonsence to figure out how the lock works that will tell you how to push the lamp while you lock mostly it will lock only one side. so take you time try over and over slowly and stedly. also t is really a simple task and takes one man about 15 minutes, if you look inside the engine compartment about half way up the lamp housing you will see a lever towards the rear of the housing, lift this lever all the way up, it will unlock and start to slide the lamp housing out of the fender, pull it completly out of the fender, (dont wimp out on it as it sticks), on the rear of the housing is a wiring cover housing with one lever clasps on the top side and one just to the left, remove this cover, there are two stakeon wire connection and a spring holder on the bulb replace the bulb, and wiring housing, before replacing the lamp housing in the fender be sure to use silicone LUBRICANT in the slide at the bottom of the lamp well in the fender, slide it back in, push down lever and you are done
also The headlight is in a long, plastic tube. There is a slide release on the tube, with a square locking tab right next to it. The locking tab has cross hatches on it. You have to press down on the locking tab, while trying to slide the release toward the fender.
It's usually pretty tough to slide the release, but be patient. If you force it, you could break one or both of the tabs off. This would leave you with no way to remove the headlight.
Once you have released the catches, the entire light fixture slides out of the front of the car. You might want to have someone helping you at this point, as if you drop the headlight you could seriously damage it.
While sliding the headlight forward, detach the power line from it. Do yourself a favor, and spray the cylindrical holder with wd-40. This will make reinsertion much easier.
