If you look under your fuse box cover you will see which no fuse is for radio if not try checking all some time the is near the battery it should be 10amp red some time there is fuse back of radio good luck

I have the same problem. Do not know cause but I remove large red 50 fuse in engine compartment fuse box, wait 15 sec and replace. Lock car and unlock. This seams to reset something and car is fine. This problems seams to appear when my battery is low.(?)
