It looks like you have two bad O2 sensors an a bad mass air flow sensor . Is your vehicle a 4 cylinder or 6 0r 8 cylinder ? Bank 1 sensor 1 an bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuits . plus you have a EVAP. emission purge control circuit problem ! I would go on you tube an enter your trouble codes to see videos on testing

Service engine soon p0135 & p0301 codes

Well the codes are not related.
Code 135 is for a problem with the heater circuit in the front O2 sensor, and code 301 is a lose of power on cylinder one.
Code 135 could be the sensor or the power source for the heater, and code 301 could be fuel or spark related.

CAN'T CLEAR COMPUTER CODES 499 AND 452 FROM 2003 BUICK RENDEZVOUS

did you have an OBD on it to clear the codes? if not you'll need to do that. you can buy OBDII's at nearly any parts store now and the "cheep" ones will clear codes.

I had a P0135 code after diagnostics test what does this mean?

When you have a vehicle checked for codes,
the so called diagnostics, why is it that no one
follows through with the repairs?

You have a code for an O2Sensor Heater Malfunction

To ask what damage will occur, is like saying you don't care
& wish to continue to drive it

Your short term fuel trim may be off some, as the O2 is used
to adjust the fuel injector timing

If you had replaced the front O2 Sensors at 100,000 miles,
on all your vehicles,as preventative maintenance, then this
issue wouldn't seem like a break down problem

Yes. In all likelyhood replacing the one sensor should fix it although there are a few other potential causes to be aware of. More info - P0134 - P0135
