Question about 1998 Kia Sportage
Ok when i turn on the air i can hear this little fan sound coming on.. but no air comes out of any vent no matter what nobs i turn hot or cold. when i turn the fan nob from high to low the little fan sound changes as well .. from high to low .. i need to know what i need to do .. its not the fuse .. i checked them all . This all started after is got really cold outside this winter..

The radiator thermostat may be stuck. I've had that before. Just about any auto part store should have an employee that can help if you need it. Its a quick and easy fix/replacement. You'll definitely want to check your radiator coolant level as well.

its most likely the idle air control valve. the sportage have problems with them sticking its a little black box on the front of the intake tube held on by two screws if you take it off and flush it with carb cleaner and clean the connector as well your problem should stop

Does the blower work when you turn off the A/C? If not, it sounds like either the blower motor, relay or blower switch took a poo! 06 Kia? Should still be under warranty.

Radiator fan fuse is fuse # 5 (40 amp/Green) located behind the interior fuse access panel on the left side of the instrument panel next to the steering column. Also, in the underhood Power distribution center, next to the air cleaner filter are two black fan relays: high speed (F) at the far left, second row down and a low speed, 1st one to the right on the bottom row.
