The only way to fix cross threaded spark plug threads is to install a "heli-coil" in each of the damaged holes. What you need to do is get the kit, and follow the instructions. You will be drilling out the damaged threads, threading the new hole, and inserting a metal double-threaded device to return the new hole to match the plugs. Use a LOT of grease when you do this, if any metal particles get into the piston area, you may encounter problems. If you are not good at mechanical work like that, you probably would be best advised to take the car to a pro.
