First thing I would do is check the switch for corroded contacts. You should be able to remove the switch panel with just a couple screws, it may also just pop out of the handle.
When you take the button apart and the metal contacts look good then you probably have a burnt out motor. This is very common, window motors are usually the first things to go, almost every car I've owned I've had to replace the window motors (about 10-15 years old).
The motor is fairly easy to replace, you just have to take the door panel off with a few screws and a bit of prying, then the new motor/track should bold right into place of the old one. If you need more help just reply to my solution.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. A relay wouldn't cause your lights to go out, but it could cause your vehicle to not start. First, check all your fuses. Make sure none are blown. Next, check the battery. Make sure it is good. Don't guess at it. A bad battery can cause all of this. Check your connections, battery terminals, wires, and post. Look for damage and clean the post and battery ends with a wire brush. A bad connection will cause the same issues. Whenever you hear a clicking noise, it is usually traced back to the battery. If it was doing nothing, it would point to the starter or ignition, Since it clicks, I believe it is a bad battery, connection, or your alternator. You need to test the battery and alternator. Try to have someone jump your vehicle over and see if it starts. If it won't, the battery may be shot or it is the connection or alternator. It should be one of the three.

Has the Freon been checked with a gauge to see if there is enough Freon to allow the system to work. Low or no Freon will not allow the compressor to engage. The low pressure switch is most likely activated due to low freon, and will cause this condition.

check for power to starter solinoid, if power to there. then it has to be a bad starter solinoid or starter. checker solinoid first. if bad you will not hear any clicks or anything.
