Remove the screws that attach the lense to the truck. Twist the bulb hold from the backside and remove the bulb. Installation is the reverse.

well you will have to go to the dealership and give them your vin order it and this is how you put it in take off the bottom sheild its retainered in or bolted in and then you should be able to get the light in . its really that eaasy

SOURCE: front driver side fog light out
sounds like poor electrical contact around the bulb holder, or in the electrical plug to the foglamp unit. surface corosion to the terminals. try cleaning these contact surfaces with some emery tape or a very small screwdriver. you may also find bending the contacts very slightly in a way that makes them press harder against the bulb helps. if you have access to a test lamp check for a live feed to the contacts as well.
