The first thing you need to do is find out if it is factorty or after market you do this but looking at the lights while the alarm is going off if the headlights are flashing, the alarm system is factory installed. Inserting the key into the driver door lock and turning to the left then back to the right is supposed to disarm it. If the parking lights are blinking,, the alarm is an aftermarket add on, and there should be a disarm button under the dash on the driver side. If it' an aftermarket alarm, you should be able to have it removed. There is a way to bypass the factory alarm. There is a wiring harness in the driver's door. You will have to remove the door panel to find it. The wire is dark green and purple. Splice into that wire and ground it to the chassis and the alarm should no longer work.

try moving te shift lever up and down sometimes it will work other than that you have to pull the column apart to get the lock cylinder out

There are one or two little pins in the igniton switch that you need to have pushed in while switch is turned and pulled out.

the spare u have is for entrance only does not have chip in it for ignition try [sometimes memory goes if other key not used ] turning key to acc not start but to where dash lights up before starting vehicle and leave it in that position for about 15 minutes [usually need a key that starts vehicle to do this first but sometimes it works ] turn off than try start truck if no go than u will possibly will need to have the dealer cut a key using the vin number of vehicle pricey [can look but not many locksmiths are electronic key capable] good luck
