Think that it is blow fuses but cannot find the location of the fuses for the windows or roof, think they may be in rear fuse box but cannot find this.

A couple locations are possible..See our owners manual for locations. Some have the fuses in the engine compartment. Some on either side of the dash,a small scuttle panel on the side of the dash, and some are under the dash, left of the brake pedal, some are under rear seats...Good luck,,If the passenger side window still works think window assist motor..Not hard, and moderately expensive..@ $150
The fuse is blowing because there is a short to ground on the load side (between fuse and device being protected). Remove the inside door panel and take a close look at the wires between the window motor and where it feeds into the door. My bet is the up and down of the window gears scraped the wire bare. find the bare spot, electrical tape around exposed wire, secure the loose wire to the door using tie wrap so that metal does not contact wire. If there are not visible bare spots, remove the connection to the motor. You will need to pick up a short circuit tester, or a volt meter to isolate this problem
pls. check the relay or fuse that controls the motor function of ur sliding roof and window/ if relay and fuse is ok? check the electrical supply if ok then the motor is fried....
if the fuse was an issue then all the windows would be inop, not just one, the most common fault is the electric motor that runs the window up and down.
on the Drivers side Fuse box check fuse 14 its a little red one usually i just fixed that last night after searcvhign all over for a fix . wife helped me trace the problem in the Bentley manual shes good at diagrams. didnt think of checking the mini fuses but that was it .. it was effectign car alarm sun roof windows and door locks
