the signal flashing is a bad hazard switch. they all brake. if you hold the flasher buton just the right way the noise stops. sounds like your dash is shorted with the flasher

Right front side turn signal does not work replaced all bulbs and checked fuses headlight flashers work when hazards are on front to back except driverside turn signal ,in dash right stays solid left

I don't believe it would be a bad ground for just one light. It could be a wire, a socket connector, or the bulb socket itself. See if the wire has power at the socket when signaling left, with key on. If there is power, probably a bad socket or connector. If no power, check for power coming from flasher-the wire going to front left, or driver's side. If you have power from the flasher, but nothing at the socket, the wire has probably broken.
Good luck.

For 1989 Jeep Cherokee the Flasher is located:
* Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel for Hazard flasher
* Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel for Turn signal

Hope helps.

92 caprice classic turn signals not working, but the bulbs are fine. Hazards, brakes, etc all work fine. Any ideas?

Yes, the problem is the turn signal flasher is defective. You can has two flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. That is why the hazard lights flash and the turn signals do not. Replace the turn signal flasher relay located on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted behind the instrument cluster in the convenience center. They are both mounted in the same location so turn on the hazard lights and the one that you put your finger on that is not clicking is the turn signal relay.

Turn signals wont work fuses are good?

the hazard switch above the radio is your problem. if you put on your signals and they don't flash turn hazards on then off and they will flash. (changing this *** will fix your problem
