U will have to remove door panel and then the window motor to raise manually, then of course with all that apart u might as well replace the defective motor, which I am sure is the problem.

The button (switch) is the weak link in window control due to rain from an open window while driving when its raining. Also check for bad circuit breaker in the fuse panel. The circuit breaker is supposed to auto reset. The breaker looks like a fuse, but is made of metal, not plastic like a standard fuse. Replace them first, then check the window buttons(switches)

My wipers stop working durning the rain

A weak battery will not do this. The car wouldn't start.
A weak or obstructed motor or blade arms would do this.Possibly high resistance in the circuit would do this. Make sure motor is getting B+. If it does then motor or arms are your issue.

I have a window problem first my passenger window(electric) started to stick then stopped working all together. then a week later my rear vent window stopped working then a month after that the other rear...

there are two circuit breaks for the windows... Chrysler calls them PTC's
additionally, the PTC's get their power from fuse #23 in the fuse box under the hood

Generally the PTC's do not fail, however, if a window is "binding" then that will cause the breaker to work extra hard and in the end will cause premature failure and/or the fuse to "blow"

Therefore check circuit breaker#8 and #9

Driver side passenger window won't raise back up

It is either the motor of the switch. Operate the switch while listening where the sound is coming from in the door. Then while you are trying to raise the window, hit the interior door panel with some force, not enough to break anything, but hard enough to contact the motor. If it is binding it should allow the window to raise. If it is trying to raise it is probably the motor.

Windshield wipers just stopped working, but i can hear the moter.

There isn't a cable, its a flat bar with push on connectors at each end one of which has probably popped off
You need to take off the mesh panel that goes the width of th car just below the wind shield to access this.
There is only one motor and if you can hear it working its probably OK
