If you are talking about the heat shield the answer is no. U can only put one bolt back for the heat shield cover it will hold fine with just one.

Hello... This doesn't sound good... I would not recommend driving it. Also, I don't think you have a lemon it sounds like the error codes are indicating a reprogramming that needed to be done. After that, the vehicle should be as good as new... Hey it is new (smile)

Generally I have seen this happen when water gets into the starter and freezes overnight. When you first try to start it, the starter won't work correctly but heat generated while it's stuck will quickly melt the ice and then it works. Only way I know of to eliminate it is to remove the starter and use grease on all the moving parts that connect the solenoid to the starter Bendix drive. Not sure why, but it seems to happen on some starters but not all, even on identical vehicles. I have corrected the problem on many customers cars by greasing but have left mine alone and actually never had a problem other than the initial "being stuck" in the AM. If your starter is very old, you could replace it but that is up to you.

There must be 2 screws that connects the wiring to the battery, that is one +ve and -ve, then you also have a screw or a battery holder that already holds the battery in place that needs coming off.Hope this helps. If you are unsure of anything then email me and I will get back to you in due course.
