Bad switch or resistor block for fan speed.
sometimes the resistors or coils open or bend,in which case the fan would come on on high

I had a 2003 caddy dts same issue the blower motor has probably gone bad u can order them online. What u can also try is kicking under the passenger side glove box area that's where the blower is located sometimes they get stuck. Try kicking or tapping under there and see if it pops on. I did this with my car

My a/c (heater & Defrost) doesn't always work, could it be a fuse or the fan blower?

Check whether you might have bad connection or contact,or e ven bad switch.

2006 Equinox blower fan will sometimes not come on, and other times just start working. A/C, heat, it doesn't matter.

There are two components between the heater/AC contol panel/module and the blower motor; a blower resistor and a High blower relay. The problem sounds like a connection issue(a wire is loose) or the relay is going bad.Have the voltage tested at the blower itself,at the relay and at the control panel.Do this when the blower is not working.Wherever there is no voltage when you turn on the blower, that component is the problem

Where is the cooling fan speed sensor on my 2002 trailblazer?

if by cooling you mean heater or ac system fan then it is behind glove box near the blower motor. depending on the type of heating system you have it could have 6 wires for manual heating or 3 wires for automatic heating

I am assuming that you only have manual heat.?? if so you will need to replace blower resistor located by the blower motor.

Only 4 & 5 speeds work on the AC fan dial...1-3 do not blow any air but you hear the AC kick in

There is a blower control module in the heater case that is known for going bad. Also it will sometimes burn where the connector plugs in.

I have 2005 chevy trailblazer heater wont work,

Sounds like your water pump is going out or your thermostat is stuck. Check the thermostat first and make sure it is not frozen in the clsed position.
