How to videos of replacing waterpump on 1994 isuzu rodeo 3.2 ltr. 4x4

This procedure is not for the novice. The water pump is driven via the timing belt. It is recommended that the belt be replaced at the same time as the pump. There is serious risk of engine damage (valves/pistons) if you accidentally move the camshaft or crankshaft from proper alignment when removing or replacing the belt/pump, and it is extremely easy to do just that while trying to position the belt. Unless you are very skilled at engine repair, you should leave this one to someone who is skilled at it.

Can i replace the water pump in a 1997 Nissan pickup without messing with (replacing) the timing chain?

D21 Pick up? The water pump is not timing belt driven. It is drive belt drive with a pulley held on with 4 bolts.

So, yes, the water pump can be replaced without touching the timing components. :-)

Changed water pump in 1994 Isuzu Trooper and also changed timing belt. But now it will not start. Just turns over and over. How do you set timing or is that the problem?

Yes the problem is the timing. Align the crankshaft at top dead center. Then align the camshaft so that the valves corresponding to cylinder number is in fully closed in its travel.

I need to replace the water pump on my 2004 isuzu

Hi,
Tipping my hat to you... I would recommend going to an auto parts store like Autozone or O'Reilly and purchasing a Chilton repair manual, specific to your model. I always think it's a good idea to own a light repair manual if you're going to keep the car a while.
Good luck with the project! You can do it!!

Water pump replacement 96 isuzu rodeo

Remove belt, fan, fan shroud and fan bracket. Remove timing covers, timing belt and water pump. Replace timing belt and the hydraulic tensioner with new ones. I suggest you get a mechanic to do this as you can easly get it out of time. Not an easy job.
