Hi, listen to hear if your fuel pump is running when you turn the key to the run position. If it is, buy a "noid" light to check if the injectors are firing as you crank the motor.
Work your way back or forward accordingly, depending on what you find.
If the pump isn't running, check the fuel pump, relay and fuse. If it is runing, and injectors aren't firing, check crank and cam sensors. Also, the oil pressure sender can interrupt the fuel flow if it's faulty. If both OK, check the fuel pressure regulator......

Where is the fuel pump relay for 95 mitsubishi magna/Diamante?

The Mitsubishi uses a MFI relay that is located behind the glove box. They also hace a fuel pump check terminal there are 2 ways to use this terminal with key on engine off. Uses the tab to check to see if power is there. The other way to turn on the fuel pump with key off engine off,by applying power to the tab. The tab is located near the brake booster it is green in color.11_2_2011_3_14_28_am.gif11_2_2011_3_14_51_am.gif11_2_2011_3_16_09_am.gif

No spark just assume crank sensor

No spark? If you have a multimeter turn to 20v and unplug cable to coil pack on top of motor. Run positive to middle wire and ground wherever (neg batt terminal) and see what volts you get with key turned to ON (not starting). If 0.0 then either your ASD (MFI) relay is bad or your ECU is not grounding it or it's shot. All power to ignition and fuel pump goes through the ASD relay.

Basically you want to test jumping (bypassing) this relay. Not sure about your model but it has one somewhere. My 95 Talon it's by the brake fluid reservoir (2nd from left by fuel relay). Hotwire 87 to 30.

If still no spark look into crank position sensor, camshaft angle sensor or ECU.

Where is the fuel pump relay on a 95 eclipse

On a 1995 Eclipse, the fuel pump relay is located under the hood, against the firewall right next to the brake fluid and washer tank. There should be 2-4 relays, and the fuel pump is usually the relay closest to the passenger side, or on the left.

Wwher is the fuel pump relay fuse located?

there are two fuse locations, under the dash by your left foot, and under the hood behind the passenger side headlight.

Your question is really NOT that easy to answer, there is no stock location for a "fuel pump relay" fuse, the fuel pump is powered by power coming from the MFI relay.

Fuse #1 under the hood supports the MFI relay as do fuses 1 and 12 under the dash. Check all three.

There are reasons a fuel pump won't start that are not related to the fuse... if you check them and determine that the fuses are not blown, with the ignition turned to the on position, try powering the fuel pump test jack, if your fuel pump comes on, it is something else (probably a bad cam/crank sensor)

To power the test jack, run a test wire from the positive terminal of the battery to the connector stuffed down behind the passenger side strut tower between the strut tower and the fire wall. It should be a black connector connected to a single black wire with a BLUE stripe. There will be three connectors bundled together, a black one, a blue one, and a round brown one (the round one is for setting timing and the blue is for setting idle, do NOT mess with them)

When you power the test connector, the fuel pump should come on, regardless of the MFI relay or the fuses... if it does not, you need a new fuel pump.

Cheers,
Scott
