Renault dci 1500 glowplugs not heating long enough changed relay but just the same. will only start with a spray of easy start.

make sure that the cranking speed is at full speed
check the batteries with a load test to see that they will handle that crank speed needed to start a diesel
it could be that the batteries are failing and cannot maintain the glo-plugs when cranking

04 diesel toyota landcruiser, no power when I accelerate. only revs to about 1500rpm. diesel and filters clean.

well it runs,,,,,
low power on a diesel is
1: low compression
2: bad fueling
#2 can take forever to find, if you dont know what engine it is or what fuel system was used.. no country stated, so cant guess
read the wiki on land cruiser and see what you have.
we dont know.

series 80?
series 100,200 ??? what?

one of those last 4? engines?
once there, we try to find out how it works. each varies.
can fix engines with out knowing exactly what it is, and the injection system, used.

TPS? Car studders at low speeds when climbing hills

YOU HAVE A TORQUE CONVERTER LOCKUP ISSUE, HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THE DEALER,AUTO ZONE OR IF YOU ARE HANDY CHECK FOR CODES, NO CODES....THEN TAKE THE CAR OUT STEADY DRIVE AT AROUND 45 MPH, GENTLY HIT THE BRAKE PEDAL JUST ENOUGH TO MAKE THE REAR BRAKE LIGHTS GO ON BUT NOT HARD ENOUGH TO STOP THE CAR...DO YOU FEEL THE CONVERTER SHIFT IN AND OUT EACHJ TIME THE BRAKE PEDAL IS TOUCHED MAINTAINING A STEADY 45 MPH SPEED, IF IT THAT SAME SHUDDER YOU ARE FEELING THE TORQUE CONVERTER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, NOT AN EASY JOB AS THE TRANSMISSION HAS TO BE REMOVED TO GET AT IT.SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS.......

Sounds like the EGR valve is giving you some trouble. If it is happening during steady cruises, That is where I would start. Do you have a check engine light on?
