If you mean that the fan\'s two highest speeds are not working, it is probably the resistor pack. The resistor pack looks like this:

The back side of the part is inserted into the blower assy - only the black plastic portion with the therminals is visible when installed. This part typically sells for less than $20 and is easily replaced with common hand tools in 30 minutes or less. Below is an overview of the heating / cooling blower assembly:

Access to the resistor pack is usually from under the dashboard on the
passenger side. You may end up being in an uncomfortable position in
order to gain access to the switch and wiring harness plug. Make sure
that you note the orientation of the part on the blower housing by
marking it prior to removal or by photographing it with a camera or the
camera application in your cell phone. This will help ease installation
of the new part.

I hope this helps and good luck!

My fan heater only works on the highest setting 6

Hi. This will be the result of a failed resistor switch. the switch controls the current level sent to the blower motor. Once replaced, the motor will operate at your desired rate. This switch is an integrated part of the AC/Heater control cluster, that is mounted in your dash. You will need to remove the trim, and cluster assembly to expose the damaged switch.

Heater blower went out?

Either the blower went bad or the heater relay went bad. This does not sound like a heater core problem unless you where smelling a SWEET smell when it was running.

Heater only works on high setting

I'm assuming you mean the fan(blower) only works on high? If this is the case you have a bad blower motor resistor. It's easy to change. It'll be on the lower right of the blower box. Kind of behind the glove box.
