Question about 1998 Toyota Tacoma
Hello my 98 tacoma 3.4l wont start cranks over fine but No power to the fuel pump. I have changed my Fuel pump,Fuel filter, Wiring harness, Mass Air sensor, EFI relay, Fuel pump relay and my ECU what else can it be ???????
Sounds frustrating. Presumably you've also checked the fuse panel for blown fuses? Check to be sure you're at least getting power to the fuse, that will at least narrow down a problem before the fuse or after.

The Feol pump/circuit opening relay is located inside the cab on a relay block either behind the glove bosx or the right kick panel, I'll see if I can locate a location diagram and post it in a follow up. In the meantime locate the diagnostic check connector under the hood,it's located near the right fender on a fuse block, open the cover and put a jumper wire between the terminals FP and B+, turn the key on and let me know if this makes the fuel pump run.
