Question about 2006 Toyota Camry SE
Locked the keys and fob in the trunk and the doors are also locked so I cant access the manual pull to open the trunk.
The dealer can make you another key, Try that.

When I first read this I thought Solenoid/Lock motor.
But as it's two doors on the one side I would look for a problem with wiring /connections at vulnerable points. Where the wiring goes from the front door to the body is a good place to start.

You should be able to use the trunk release, If this is the type of release that doesn't require the key to be on to use the release button. Most likely you can just pop it open.

You should be able to just unlock the door with the key, and even if the alarm is still going of try to start it the key should override the alarm.
