SPARK PLUG GAP IS 0.024 TO 0.028 AND CONTACT POINTS GAPS SETTING IS 0.016. DWELL ANGLE IS 44 - 50 DEGREES.

Firing order- 1-3-4-2. Do you know which one is a first cylinder?If yes,sorry,if not first one is on a crankshaft pulley side.Not in a gearbox side.Points-0.4mm,spark plugs-0.7 or 0.8mm depence of the manufacturer.Good luck.There is a big job-is it?

SOURCE: spark plug gap

Hi Dweckton, The plugs should be preset, but if not use a 1mm setting and that will get you running. Make sure that the electrode has not burned away if you're reusing the plugs. Regards John

Hi yes common air gap on contact points will be 0.45/0.50/0.55/. do check if distributor rotor shaft not worn, motor can be set 10 degrees (BTDC.
