I suppose you could have disconnected a wiring harness some how.
The sensor only tells the computer if the fuel mixture is rich or lean, so the car would run with the sensor disconnected.
Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key switch on ? ?
Are you getting spark to the plugs ?

O2 sensers r on and cant get it inspeted changed them drove it 185 miles and wont clear

till you get the vehicle on a good scanner, not just a code scanner but a rel time scanner, you are beating your head against a wall, many things can give a bad o2 reading from injectors to spark to a simple vacuum leak

My Wifes van ('99 Plymouth Grand Voyager)is not accelerating "normally". She says it slowly accelerates to about 45mph and then runs fine unitl she hits about 69-70mph, then the van will not go...

just by the way it sounds like o2 senser, and so you know you can go to autozone and ask them to scan your obd2 computer for free and that will tell witch senser is not working properly
