Too many items that can cause that for anyone to give you an absolute "fix" but : You need to do some testing to narrow it down to if you have a fuel or ignition problem (spark). If it starts when you crank it and spray carb cleaner into throttle body, then it's on the fuel side.
One common item to both and a common failure item as well is the crank position sensor. Check that as well. There are tests that you can do using a digital volt-ohmeter. Tests and expected results are listed in haynes or chiltons as well as other inexpensive manuals. Don't change anything unless you verify it as bad and if you have a security system make sure it is not locking you out from starting.
Once tested, you can ask back here for specific problems if any.

Well, since is cranks at the starter with a screwdriver, I will assume that the battery and starter motor are functional.
The other things to check would be:
1. Possible problem caused by any aftermarket device including remote start or alarm system. If you have any aftermarket devices installed, you may have to disconnect them to find out the cause of your problem.
2. Possible problem with the factory antitheft system. i.e.the system is not recognizing your key, etc. - you may want to try a different key. Look for the "SECURITY" or "THEFT" light flashing.
3. Possible problem with your Transmission Range Sensor. Make sure the transmission is ALL THE WAY in PARK. If you are sure it is in PARK, also try it in NEUTRAL. Sometimes it will still start in neutral if the sensor is bad.
There is also a Technical Service Bulletin published by Ford Motor Company for a no-crank condition for your vehicle.
Technical Service Bulletin Number: 06-19-14
Date Of Issue: October 2, 2006
Issue: Some vehicles may exibit a no crank condition due to an open circuit in the starter relay to starter motor circuit at the starter motor connection.
A new starter terminal wiring pigtail kit has been released, eliminating the need to replace the entire harness for the terminal connection.
Part Number: 6U2Z-14S411-NA
Part Name: Wiring Pigtail Kit
If all of the above fails to help you figure it out, then the computer may be disabling the starter and/or fuel for some reason. The only way to find out is to scan your computer system for fault codes.
