Question about 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt
Changed coil pack due to stall and dead miss on 2&3 now i am not getting any spark to from coil pack no breaks in wires do not have a diagnostics computer and the car is not starting possible icm? any ideas on where i go from here

That old of a vehicle you might want to take the cap off and check to see if the shaft is turning. You will be able to see the rotor turning. Also look inside the cap and see if the rotor and cap are good inside.
You said you changed the ignition coil module, not sure if you mean you changed the coil too, if not change that.

Number three cylinder is miss fire,it does not mean it is the coil,although it could be,remove the coil,and boot,and spark plug,inspect them to see if the plug,or boot look bad,replace the spark plug,and if the boot is burned or distorted,replace it,a fuel injector can cause a miss fire also,but change the spark plug and see if this solves the problem,if not replace the coil,if it is a dead miss,then the coil might be bad,as for the water in the fuel ,the cap is missing,,and 5 dollars worth of HEET will not hurt,also,fuel from the fuel station,can have water in it.It happens a lot.

first thing i would is test the injectors these are old style injectors usually when they start to fail they mess up on a heat soaked engine

remove the coil pack assem and look at the spark plugs for tracking lines is so replace the plugs and plug boots if no lines it could be a bad coil pace i own 3 cars with this engine and i keep a coil pack at home
