SOURCE: 1999 Chevy tahoe will not start
check the crank sensor. no signal from the crank sensor causes a no spark condition. best way to check is to put a scanner on and check for rpms.

P0155 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
THIS IS THE SENSOR BEFORE THE CAT CONVERTER
P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
SAME SENSOR, WHEN THEY SAY BANK 2 IT IS THE BANK OF CYLINDERS OPPOSITE THE BANK THAT HAS #1 CYLINDER IN IT,
MAKE SURE THE SENSOR IS CONNECTED AND THAT THE CONNECTOR IS NOT DAMAGED.

The problem is not the sensor but most likely the blue wire has an open circuit between the sensor and the computer aka the pcm ..You are going to have to look real close at the sensor end of the harness it may be a broken wire right inside the insulation , hard to find good luck pcm connector c1 is where the other end of the blue wire will end up ..there is nothing between the computer and the sensor. just wire an ohmmeter and some patience im sure you will find it...hope this info helps..
