SOURCE: manual trunk release

There are 2 ways to do this. Remove the right rear seat cushion, and seatback. You will find a lever, that is the manual release for the trunk. If this is broken, use a large suction cup, and remove the taillights. This will provide access to the main battery, and start battery. Using an AGM approved charger, charge the main battery(Left-side-AGM) and start battery (Right-side-regular)

SOURCE: 2006 bentley continental w/dead battery. How can

Normally if you use the key and turn it to the left and then to the right the car will start on the resident battery and all will be well. Do not use the start button. If all lelse fails then put a battery charger into the two cigar light sockets for 1 hiur at max 10 amp with ignition turned of and with wires trapped in closed door to switch all coutesy lights off and then there will be enough for the trunk lock to energise. If it is later spec there will be a handle in the trunk accessible thru the centre arm rest by an arangutang!""

2005 Bentley Continental GT rear drivers side window not going up all the way

with respect, if you can afford a Bentley, you can afford to have it serviced. You are not going to be able to fix it yourself as it involves removing the internal panel and working through the holes in the door to find out if the glass has come loose, or whether it is a switch problem inside the door.

To make the car safe short term, have someone lower the window completely and then have a second person hold both sides of the glass with the door open and help the glass rise into the upper track.

How do I remove the left battery on a 205 Bentley Continental GT

I have the same problem..Called dealer who told me yuu need to remove fuse panel above and disconnect all the wires on the positive lead bracket to be able to puch out of the way. Also there is a small metal tiedown on the panel in front of the battery panel that needs to be unscrewed to allow that panel to be moved forward a little...I will try the replacement this weekend and see how it goes...

How do you bleed the rear brakes on a Bentley continental GT

you have to do a full vehicle brake bleed you cannot just do the rear and its the split diagonal bleed. there are bleeder screws on each brake caliper in this order. front driver, rear passanger, front passanger, and then rear driver. i recommend that you do a pressure bleed but you will have to go to a dealer or a known place where they have the proper eqiuptment. Hope this helps.

I have a 2000 Bentley and I can't remove the rear set to pull the manual trunk release

If I am not mistaken, you have to remove the head rests, remove the bottom bench, fold down the armrest and remove the bolts behind it (Note: At the bottom, the bolts for the seat are held in by a clip... You just take a flathead screwdriver and pry it forward and it will then release. Make sure you dont let the seat-belts retract; it be difficult to get it back.) Typically, it takes about 2 hours to remove the seats. You will also need a metric set of Allen and Socket Wrenches to remove the bolts.

2007 Bentley Continental. Dead Battery. How do I open the trunk to get at the battery?

Place the negative lead of a set of jumper cables to the frame and the positive to the battery side of the starter solinoid. Then open the trunk. Do not attempt starting it this way.
