Question about 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Fuses and bulbs good
The question is clear, no tailights , fuses and bulbs good.
That means that there is a wiring problem.
If the tailights are activated by a control located on a stick, the wirings inside the stick are often the problem.
All wiring must be tested, you start checking that there is power getting to fuse, then test continuity on wirings between fuse box and tail light.
Sometimes it is difficult to find the broken contact, and you need to rebuilt wiring to tail lights.
To start you need a tester like this:

Ckt board in the tail light assembly is probably shot. Very Common with newer Grand Cherokees
