You would need to figure out if the engine is not being cooled by the radiator, or if it is generating extra heat such as when the exhaust is plugged up or a head gasket is leaking.
If the problem is the radiator is not cooling the engine, you would need to check for a blockage in the engine, the cooling fan operation, and make sure the radiator is full of coolant.

    I have changed it. I also changed the water pump and got a brand new radiator. Still overheats

Slave cylinder


Should be mounted on the transmission bell housing. Follow the line from the clutch master cylinder. It goes right to the slave cylinder.

I have a 1999 mazda b2500 truck, everytime i use the a/c or heat i blow a fuse (7.5mini #10 fuse). Thought it was turn signal as they were on same fuse, replaced switch and relay, still blowing fuses, also...


Disconnect the electrical connector to the AC compressor clutch and try again. If the fuse doesn't blow, then you've got a shorted AC clutch coil.

1998 mazda b2500 continually blows heat even when switch is on cold and ac is on.


air valve on heater hose missing or cracked, small 2mm vac hooks up to the control valve on bottom L shaped connector. rubber boot.
