Had the same thing happen to my truck, the blen door actuator is under the console on passenger side, but the heater core is going to be clogged if you dont have any heat coming through, but a/c works..

sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere. Check every ground strap that you can find, make sure it's tight, and not corroded, etc. Sounds like the accessories are trying to find a ground, and going through the brake light to do so, thus burning out from too much current.

The fan is the same for heater and the ac. It is a case of disconnection which could either be at the switch/rheostat end or at the fan motor end or at the connector in between these two. Please locate the connector and after disconnecting it reconnect it tightly.
