Sounds like you may have a bad cv axle, look under the car at both axles on the front and see if one of them has the rubber part ripped open, if so that is most likely your problem

Clicking noise when turning avalance

A clicking noise when turning is usually CV joints. If it just clicking the car is probably ok to drive still there may also be minor vibration - if the noise starts to sound more like a grind or the car feels unsafe with vibration or handling then park it till you get it repaired. The repairs are not OMG expensive but they are not cheap probably around $600 each side as a real rough guide.

WHEN TURING KNOCKING SOUND COMMING FROM FRONT LEFT, CAN FEEL IT THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL, HELP, THANK YOU , I HAVE A 2001 CHEVY TAHOE

That is caused by a worn CV joint (constant velocity joint), the universal flexible joint on the end of the front drive shaft. You should get this checked/repaired as soon as possible, if it fails it can cause other damage and leave you stranded
The noise is probably worse when you turn the wheel from full lock to full lock in either direction.

Noise from the engine(a kind of rattling, maybe valves) at 1500-2000rpm. In this range the noise is heard clearly. The authorized service says is due to a small luck of lubrication of the valves, and...

Yes that is ture. Many cars get a vibration on the valves during certain rpm's. The only thing you can really do is either get a bottle of oil stabalizer witch is a really thick goo that you add to oil to make it a little thicker. This does help tremendously with the vibration. You other choice is to use synthetic oil instead of regular.

left front drive axle. Your next oil change have the tech rack up your vehicle and have them look at the axles to see if the boot is open and dry. 1000% sure its the axle.

Lifter noise

This is a very common issue with General Motors. I have never bothered to try and fix it because it is not causing any harm. It is because General Motors still uses a push rod motor and the cold oil causes it to knock a little until the oil gets warmed up.
