Question about Plymouth Grand Voyager
I had the same problem on my car, but i drive a honda. Try pushing the key in, and turn it at the same time towards u. I did this once, and it worked.. after the key got stuck again a couple of days later. This second time i had to get the whole thing out (ignition switch). Took it apart, and changed the combination on the key. When this happens once, its most likely to happen again

1st Remove Battery cable from Battery because the only time the air bags will deploy is when the key is in the ignition. I have tilt steering and when I put the steering wheel in the up most position. I came right out. But now it seems to stick more lately.

You need to find a way to replace the lock cylinder. Will the key tap in all the way to turn it? That would make it easier to get the cylinder out.

IGNITION KEY WILL NOT RELEASE
can be faulty ignition lock cylinder. I suggest to wiggle the steering wheel
a bit and see if the key gets released out. If that is not helping
then first turn steering wheel to right and try removing the key, or next turn
steering wheel to left and see if you can remove the key.
wd-40 in the ignition key hole and let it remain there for few minutes, after
that once again try to remove the key and see if that helps.
if that is not helping then ignition lock cylinder has to be removed out and
key has to be manually removed.
