This is all electrical. Sounds like a fairly big job. Blinkers and ABS usually run from same fuse and therefore same wiring. Not sure of the 4x4 light. But Id say if you get a wiring diagram and folloe from the 3 items back there would be a common wore and id say in your case this wire is loose, or semi broken. However I think it would be less stress if you simply go to an auto electrician, Good luck, hope this helps.

It probably means your alternator needs to be replaced ! Get your self a volt meter an check voltage at the battery with engine running . Should show 13.1 to 14.1 volts if charging !

Get a free scan from either Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys. Get the Code number and ask us or see if the clerk running the scanner can tell you.

Some repairs are simple and others are harder to get at.

If you are going to contact us again, let us know the Code or the trouble light you are talking about. ABS, Traction, Check Engine, or what symbol is the problem?

well i have heard that the front hubs are known to go bad in the 4x4 pickups, which should be the same parts as an Expedition, there may be metal dust on the ABS sensor or the flywheel it reads off from, thats if the hub and or bearings are bad.Jack it up with a jack under the lower control arm just behind the wheel and grab the wheel at the top and bottom and see if there is any movement, that should help explain if the hub is bad if there is alot of movement

There is a problem with the ABS (Anti-Lock Brakes). Unless you have the knowledge to diagnose and repair this problem I suggest you seek help from a trusted mechanic or your Volvo dealer. Your ABS may not be working correctly but your normal brakes will still work.

Do you happen to have more than one Ford Key on your key ring. The theft system on this is a transponder system and it could get the wrong signal from a key to a different vehicle.
