Hyundai Matrix noise when breaking

This not actually for the Accent model, but you do not appear to have the Matrix option on your selection list. The problem i have is that when i start to break, there appears to be something rubbing noise (maybe on the brake drum?) on every revolution of the wheel. So as the car slows down, so does the rubbing noise.

That is your Brake Pads. You need to get those Changed before you need to have Major Repairs.

Air noise when using break peddle in a 2002 Hyundai accent

The fluid leaking out the rear seal of the master cylinder has likely swelled/damaged the rubber diaphragm in your brake booster, causing the hissing sound. Unfortunately, you will need to replace your booster.

When should the timing belt on a 2004 accent be replaced

I have the same model. If you check the owners maintenance handbook you will see that it should be inspected at 45,000 and replaced at 90,00 km.

Not doing it is not an option - unless you want to spend a lot more to repair the engine when it breaks.

Cheers
