If your still having this problem after replacing all of that you either have a short on that wire or on the starter after the solenoid. I would check the starter.

it has a sperate voltage regulator on the right hand inner fender about 4 by 4 and 2 inches thik you need a new one Make SURE you ground the new one before connecting or you will ruin it

Have you checked the starter solenoid? Replace this and see if you're getting fire then. They are usually suspect and the first link in the chain between your battery and the distributor.
