Question about 1997 Chevrolet Camaro
Car is running rich, flooding out and fouling the plugs using lots of fuel.
Depending on how many miles are on the car, I would bet you have a stuck or failed fuel injector, or multiple injectors that are leaking. Check EBAY, there are usually lots on there for sale used. They are very easy to change.

Any codes come up? try to take it to any auto parts store napa autozone or advance auto they will hook up a obd 2 code reader for free and that should help you narrow it down. If i had to guess it would be one of the o2 sensors?
