Air in lines. Start car and turn full left and full right several times. then let it sit till the foam is gone and top off the fluid and repeat.

1) Fluid resevoir is empty
2) Fluid is frozen
3) Washer fluid hose is disconnected, blocked or kinked
4) Washer switch is faulty
5) Washer pump motor is defective
6) Washer pump fuse is blown

look for kinks or its possible the hose has come off . also i have seen where the nozzle is plugged. i have in the past poked a needle in the end to free it good luck
