Question about 1998 Dodge Neon
I had the battery charged put it back in nothing???
We have had -35 degree weather.
It sounds like the Starter Solinoid is Frozen up. Get the Starter and Solinoid Checked and Possibly Replaced. If you have a Garage, Try putting it inside with a Space Heater at Night and see if that Helps. When it is that cold a Number of Things could go Wrong.
