Remove fuses 10 and 11 in the underhood junction box. Leave out for 5 minutes then reinstall. If the seats start working your Zephyrs dual climate control seat module will need replaced.

That is a common problem with that vehicle. It is likely that the seat heating elements are burned out. To find out if this is the case, you must unbolt the seat from the floor so you can tilt the seat back and gain access to the electrical connectos for the seat elements. If you have power and ground at the connector with the switch turned on, then the seat element is at fault.
Other than this, there are several other reasons why the seat heaters possibly will not work. In these cases, you will need a digital meter to test the voltage on the seat circuits as well as a wiring diagram to help you know where to perform the testing in order to locate the cause of the problem.
I would be happy to provide you with the wiring diagrams (and possibly, other instructional diagrams) if needed. Just visit my profile by clicking the link next to mt screen-name below and when you get o my profile click on the "Pro Services" tab to take you to the list of services I can provide. Click on any one of these, or you can simply click on any of my ads that are on the FixYa site to sign up for email support and I will get the diagrams to you.

When you toggle the switch to the different positions of seat movement do the motors receive power? Also if one or more of the motors (there are 3 I think) is defective they are not available separately, you must replace the entire power seat track assembly.
