Hi, I'm new to Audi and my car didn't come with a manual. I have an 04 A4 1.8t and a little light came on in the info center that is a circle with an x thru it and a little tab looking thing on top. Does anyone know what this is?
It's the brake light indicator. You either have a bad brake light bulb, blown fuse, or short in the wiring. Also, look under your steering column. The owner's manual should be in a hidden cubby down there, unless you really didn't get one.

Its hard to get any car repair info for free on the net, everyone wants to make you pay for it. One place where you can still get this info for free and in many cases get free access to online care repair manuals etc., is your local library! Check them out! They should have the Haynes or Chilton's service manuals for most cars and/or access to the online services for Chilton's/Haynes etc.
This is only a chat room everyone uses the same There is no info here With a EURO Car, your going to have to try & google the codes you have & hope they are on the internet, or you can even find manfacture suspension codes I don't think there is any chance you can work on that yourself & certainly not without factory manuals & scan tool software for european vehicles
I have same problem, 04 Tarus, Abs light, brake light, fuel cap light, oil pressure light, and one other, checked oil pressure with manual gauge and its good, has been doing this since it was new in 04, also radio has a mind of its own turns up and down on its own when warning lights are on.
