I have the original owners manual, and it says that there is a fuse (No 16) and a relay (No 10) for the blower motor. I've same troubleshooting right now. If you wants send me a email to firstname.lastname@example.org to send you a scan imagen of the fuses diagrams.

Check this fuse diagram for remove the FLASHER Relay...

In the grey folder with your owners manual,is a white card with the factory code,for the keyless entry keypad. It also, tells you, how to put in your own code

You have fuses and relays-
Under the hood.pass side,front,next to washer bottle and ABS motor
On the right side kick panel,under glove box. Have to remove cover
In trunk,lift cover,left of battery.
