I cannot tell whether the bolt cracked or the bracket cracked from your post above.

I need to know the correct torque specs for the 4 bolts that hold the a/c compressor on my 2003 Suzuki Aerio. In order to replace the water pump it was necessary to remove the compressor. The book supplied...

The ac compressor bracket bolts are to be torqued to 40 ft lbs, as far as the compressor itself you can just hand tighten bolts, there is no specs for compressor bolts just bracket, the bolts are just snug.

I followed the serpinetine belt routing diagram for 1994 lincon mark VIII that was on the hood and double checked to make sure it was the right belt and the belt is coming forward off the pulleys.

Then it is too loose. Double check but I'm pretty sure your adjustment is on the Alternator bracket. You loosen the bottom bolt which allows it to picot on the bracket, then loosen the upper bracket bolt and pull it outward to tighten it, lock the bolts back down and it should resolve your problem. If you have a spring loaded assembly that applies tension and you have to release to get the belt on and off then you may need to replace that or your not getting the belt all the way on. If even one of those channels on that belt don't line up properly the belt will work itself off. If you have a frozen or damaged pulley it will do this as well.

My AC compressor went out on my 2004 Chevy Blazer. Since winter is here, I just want to bypass the ac. I bought a belt for the same yr/make without ac. Where can I find a serpentine belt routing diagram to...

its the same. but a different pulley takes place of the a/c compressor. I know DORMAN makes a few "bypass pulleys" to do this, but dont know if they make one for your truck. at the worst... you will need to get a pulley and bracket from the dealer for a truck without a/c . as long as your a/c pulley bearing is ok, you can let the belt run there.

I need to know how install the ac compressor and alternator with the mounting brackets in my 87 Ford Ranger STX 4x4 please. do you have a pic or diagram?

you need to remove the refridgerant first before removing the AC Pump. Thats a start. I would look into having it done professionally.

I cannot remove AC compressor

in order to pull your bracket you have to pull the compressor of first, there are two bolts up front and one or two in the rear, those will have to be removed first

Fuse diagram for the 2001 jeep cherokee sport 4.0L needed

Believe the AC compressor Relay is located on the left side of the Fuse block inside the passenger kick panel. Exact location is in your owners manual.

Fuel pump relay is inside of the Engine Fuse block under the hood on the passenger side. Locations are written inside of the lid.

Water pump

A manual will have pictures and everything.
Just replaced mine. Five bolts in bracket holding tension idler, A/C compressor (if applicable) and power steering pump must be removed to access 3 bolts in water pump. Just push aside enough to access remaining bolts. Email at dabeam@sbcglobal.net if additional info is needed. Also, diagram serpentine belt before removing. Took me at least 15 attempts and 20 minutes to figure out
